Information for the TS-480HX-SAT with the ARHP-10 Host Program. 

How to trouble-shoot problems when voice signal is not accepted (points to be checked on the ARHP side)
The user may not be able to make a voice communication due to following problems.
Voice function is not enabled in the ARCP configuration, or the OS does not support the voice communication.
The sound property on a remote PC is not appropriate.
The sound device of a remote PC may be malfunction.
The ports required for the KNS are not available in the remote side network or a global IP address is not obtained.
Voice function is not enabled in the ARHP configuration, or the OS does not support the voice communication.
The setting of the modulation line in the ARCP is wrong.
The sound property on the host PC is not appropriate.
The sound device of the host PC may be malfunction.
The ports required for the KNS are not available in the host side network or a global IP address is not obtained.
